Rakuten teamed up with New York Fashion Week for an exclusive collaboration that brought the catwalk to our members’ closets. NYFW designers and a top fashion influencer introduced millennial shoppers to Rakuten’s lineup of high-end fashion brands, and showed them how Cash Back makes luxury a little more affordable. With a 10% Cash Back promotion driving the experience, shoppers went from inspiration to purchase—seeing firsthand how Rakuten makes it easier to buy the pieces they love. We partnered with former Teen Vogue editor-in-chief, author, Project Runway judge, and fashion influencer Elaine Welteroth to style three NYFW-inspired trends (plus bonus holiday looks!) that could be shopped from Rakuten merchants. The video series lived on Rakuten, Elaine, and NYFW’s channels, plus paid placements with YouTube, Conde Nast, Pinterest, and more.
